Summary

LifeMD is a virtual primary care provider seeking a Call Center Technology Intern for the summer of 2024. The intern will work with CCaaS and CRM platforms to enhance customer interactions and streamline communication processes. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining CCaaS solutions, supporting CRM platform integration, collaborating with IT staff, developing new features, creating documentation, engaging in user acceptance testing, providing technical support, and analyzing call center metrics.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CCaaS solutions
• Support the integration of CRM platforms with existing call center technologies
• Collaborate with IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Participate in the development of new features and functionalities for our CCaaS and CRM systems
• Help to create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
• Engage in user acceptance testing for system upgrades and new releases
• Provide technical support and training to call center agents on new technologies and platforms
• Analyze call center metrics and assist in improving system performance and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CCaaS and CRM platforms is highly desirable
• Basic understanding of programming languages and database management is a plus
