Investor Sales Associate

Summary

Join Best Egg's Capital Team as an integral member contributing to the success of our organization by sourcing external capital to fund $7+ billion in loans annually. This role focuses on engaging, assisting, and onboarding new capital partners. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of investor-facing efforts, including responding to investor inquiries, creating investor communication materials, coordinating diligence sessions, and managing data access permissions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and relevant work experience in financial services. Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate+ skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint (or similar visual aid tool)

Responsibilities

• Respond to ad hoc questions from prospective investors
• Create and maintain various slides and charts to be used in investor communications
• Coordinate and manage on-site diligence sessions
• Manage data access permissions, i.e. third-party data providers
• Manage the investor onboarding process, i.e. systems and documentation
• Manage the NDA negotiation and execution process, with the help of legal
• Maintain visibility into key contractual terms for outstanding contracts
• Support internal and external communications when investor notification or approval is required
• Maintain Excel models that reflect investor allocations (forecast and actuals)
• Support execution and internal reporting of investor allocations (summary charts, tables, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Analytics
• Experience working in financial services
• Energetic, positive attitude

• Annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target 20% of base salary
