Join our team as an IT Recruiter to support our recruitment operations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will leverage your experience in IT recruitment and understanding of Middle East hiring trends to source and screen candidates for various IT positions. Responsibilities include working closely with hiring managers, utilizing various sourcing techniques, conducting interviews, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and maintaining a candidate database. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of IT recruitment experience in the UAE/Middle East market, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities. Remote work is supported. Knowledge of UAE visa and relocation processes is a plus.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, mandate exposure to the UAE / Middle East market
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, and other platforms
- Proven ability to recruit for roles like Software Engineers, Network Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Analysts, etc
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ATS tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for IT positions across various technologies (Development, Infrastructure, ERP, Cloud, etc.)
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to understand job requirements and expectations
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing techniques to attract high-quality talent
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide detailed assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and regularly update clients on hiring status
- Stay updated on Middle East labor laws, visa processes, and market trends
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of visa and relocation processes for the UAE is a plus
