IT Specialist

Summary

Join Broadvoice's growing IT Support team in Portugal as an experienced IT Technician! You will provide daily global support to internal users, handling tasks from laptop maintenance and troubleshooting to onboarding/offboarding, managing MDM/EDR solutions, and working with Microsoft Azure, Intune, 365, and more. This remote position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 7 years of IT support experience, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication in English is essential. The role involves managing local endpoints, following up on IT requests, managing assets, and supporting various remote access platforms. You'll be part of a collaborative team and will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in information systems, computer science, or similar
• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum 7 years experience working in IT Support field
• Strong analytical and outstanding troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Meaningful experience with Microsoft Systems (Entra, Intune, 365, Exchange, Teams, Jamf)
• Great interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork
• Good analytical ability, organization, planning and time management
• Knowledge of end-user service principles and best practices
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, clearly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Manage local endpoints in Entra, MDM and EDR solutions
• Follow up on outstanding IT related requests and ensure resolution within established SLA in the ticket platform
• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
• Onboarding and Offboarding procedures
• Support to several remote access platforms
• Support for Windows and MacOS Operative Systems
• Suggest ideas for process and quality improvement
• Ability to work diligently in Night shifts. (17:00 to 02:00)
