Summary
As a Junior Account Executive at WorkMotion, you will play a central role in expanding our sales team in Switzerland. Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or HR, or relevant work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, business development or account management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Adaptable, positive, and professional character who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with constant opportunities for further education
- Open, communicative personality who enjoys networking
- Native-level Swiss German and proficient English language skills
Responsibilities
- Develop the Swiss market from scratch and be responsible for the entire sales cycle: from various sources (SDR-Team, Inbound Marketing Team, Website, Partner, Trade Shows, Marketing Campaigns, etc.) you take over existing leads, develop business opportunities, and close successful collaborations
- Generate a portion of your pipeline yourself through constant outreach efforts and networking
