Junior Performance Marketing Manager

You'll plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. This role offers the flexibility to specialize in a specific channel or develop broad expertise across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute directly to business decisions. Requirements

• You have first experience and a high interest in Paid Online Marketing
• You bring a great level of attention to detail, and your structured mindset enables you to keep track of multiple aspects of campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with good command of Excel and/or Google sheets
• Highly motivated to grow further and learn in the field of performance marketing by openly testing new ideas and challenging the status quo constantly
• Business fluency in English is a must

Responsibilities

• Learn to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns in Google, Bing and Meta
• Analyse data with the support of in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and work closely with your team to scale campaigns
• Monitor & challenge with the support of your team ongoing campaigns on a daily basis to ensure targets are reached & by that gain deep-down knowledge about how various online marketing channels work for our brand
• Support the management of budgets for your market's channels, contributing to impactful business growth across Google, Bing and Meta Ads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing Automation, Marketing Controlling, Video Production, etc.) on campaign planning, advertising materials, reporting, and optimisation projects

Preferred Qualifications

• First knowledge of Google Ads is a plus
• Other European languages are a plus
