Summary

Join D-EDGE as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to plan and prioritize business development activities, manage leads, make outbound calls, and participate in trade fairs. As an SDR, you will be responsible for lead management and outbound calls, handling incoming leads, creating rapport, engaging in sales-driven conversations, and adding elements to the follow-up tool. You will also identify potential customers, get in touch with them using a hook, and follow up with them.

Requirements

  • English Native (mandatory)
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Very comfortable with phone conversations
  • Taste for challenges and meeting targets
  • Natural flair for sales
  • Good listener, curious, and quick to identify who's in charge of decision-making
  • Enjoy teamwork and keen to progress on a daily basis
  • Organized and able to maintain accurate records of business development activities on CRM (Salesforce or other)
  • Curious about the market and the hospitality industry
