Summary

Javelot is a leading startup in digital transformation of post-harvest grain storage. They are seeking a Key Account Manager to assist customers in deploying and mastering their grain storing solution. The role involves managing customer accounts, coordinating installations, analyzing performance, developing strategies for growth, gathering feedback, ensuring reporting, and recommending product adaptations for the German market.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English
• Previous experience in an international context
• Strong listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Proficient organizational skills, with adeptness in project management
• Effective communication skills, capable of disseminating information to diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Supervise integration process of new clients
• Coordinate the installation of Javelot solutions at customer sites
• Analyze performance and provide guidance to customers on best practices
• Develop and execute a strategy for customer loyalty and business growth
• Gather customer feedback to enhance Javelot solutions
• Ensure timely reporting and implementation of action plans
• Develop recommendations for adapting the Javelot product for the German market

Preferred Qualifications

• Agricultural background is a plus
• Fluency in French is a plus
