Summary

Requirements
- A US East Coast-based copywriter with 5-7 years experience, including managing more junior writers
- A practical dreamer, youβre a conceptual thinker who can bring ideas to life (and pivot fast)
- A team player, youβre excited to work cross-functionally and love to collaborate (and donβt let timezones get in the way)
- An excellent writer (minus the ego) who embraces ambiguity, isnβt scared of compliance or complexity, asks smart questions, understands business objectives, and dives into the data
Responsibilities
- Bringing our unique tone of voice to life across channels and campaigns, including crafting copy for paid and organic executions, from one-off ad tests to larger campaigns or initiatives, as we launch our new brand
- Owning copy development for a variety of creative projects in their entirety
- Contributing to and leading creative brainstorming sessions
- Working closely with the design team and creative leadership to create conceptual campaigns
- Mentoring your reports, proactively managing their careers as well as their day-to-day work to ensure they are creatively challenged and personally fulfilled
