Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing, with a focus on leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, webinars, content marketing, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and lead nurturing strategies
  • Experience interpreting and leveraging marketing performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent project management skills, including budget and resource allocation

Responsibilities

  • Guide and inspire a cross-functional team of marketers and BDRs, fostering collaboration and accountability to execute a unified GTM plan
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, PR, Content, and Customer Marketing to develop and execute demand generation strategies
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for campaign execution, including campaign briefs, ad strategy, content strategy, nurture strategy, and BDR playbooks
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing leadership and executive stakeholders, ensuring demand generation initiatives align with company objectives
  • Use data-driven insights to track campaign performance, optimize future initiatives, and report progress to stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth market research to refine buyer personas and messaging, ensuring campaigns effectively engage target audiences
  • Stay ahead of marketing technology trends, leveraging new tools and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Oversee budget allocation and resource management for marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI
  • Travel up to 10% as needed for team collaboration and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in fitness industry marketing (a plus)
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and best practices
