This fully remote, permanent position based in the UK requires 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years in legal tech. You will lead and execute the integrated marketing strategy, focusing on demand generation and campaign execution. Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the legal tech sector
- Proven and demonstrable track record in lead generation and marketing automation (Hubspot a plus)
- Strong experience in campaign planning, execution and measurement
- Excellent understanding of product marketing
- Excellent understanding of the SaaS business model
- Excellent understanding of content marketing
- Demonstrated ability to work with Sales Teams
- Experience in setting and tracking metrics, particularly revenue-generation targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can clearly and concisely communicate to various stakeholders
- The right to live and work within the UK, coupled with demonstrable experience working within a fully remote setting
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a marketing team across demand generation, product marketing, brand and communications
- Define team structure and roles to support Vable’s business objectives
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the department and team members
- Foster a culture of creative problem-solving and data-driven improvement
- Manage team budgets and allocate resources accordingly
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels and in conjunction with the sales team (develop a true commercial engine)
- Own the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation activity in Hubspot
- Design, implement and manage lead scoring systems, lead nurture programs, lead management and handover processes
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that Sales and Marketing activities are seamless and support revenue generation goals
- Plan, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Develop audience /ICP-segmented campaigns and marketing approaches
- Own and report on campaign ROI
- Work with Vable’s Senior Leadership Team to create compelling company and product messaging and positioning
- Develop thought leadership and other communication materials to feed campaign strategy
- Develop product marketing (sales enablement) materials including case studies, white papers, technical product sheets, etc
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Understanding of the legal sector and its unique challenges
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Worked in a similar size, scale up company
