Requirements

  • 3 plus years’ experience working with insurance software, specifically within life and/or health insurance policy administration systems
  • Expertise in software development, system architecture, and integration, with a strong understanding of the technical nuances of insurance policy administration platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives within a technical framework
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying and solving complex technical challenges in the insurance software domain
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of innovative solutions tailored to life and health insurance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Work closely with sales and external client prospects to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement
