Requirements

  • You have 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
  • You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience building automated journeys in tools like HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable
  • You’ve built full-funnel programs, from onboarding to upsell to retention
  • You’re comfortable with segmentation, personalization, and managing campaigns across multiple owned channels
  • You’ve run A/B tests, interpreted results, and applied insights to improve performance
  • You can pull reports or cohorts and use tools like Looker, Google Analytics, or Tableau to inform decisions
  • You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and thrive in ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage nurture, onboarding, upsell, and winback campaigns across owned channels
  • Build and optimize multi-channel journeys using behavioral triggers, segmentation, and personalized content
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Marketing Ops to deliver helpful, high-performing messaging
  • Use A/B tests and control groups to iterate and improve campaign performance
  • Track KPIs like activation, adoption, retention, and conversion to inform optimizations
  • Create lifecycle playbooks and ensure strong data hygiene and compliance practices
  • Use automation tools and customer data to build audiences and refine targeting

Preferred Qualifications

You have experience in B2B SaaS and/or have helped shape lead scoring models

  • This role has an annual salary range of $118,800 to $185,500
  • Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, which for this role represents an annual salary of $141,000
