You will analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in developing creative campaigns and executing email marketing strategies. Reporting to the Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email
- Solid experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo and Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Experience in project management with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Lead Email Marketing Strategy: Design and execute impactful email marketing programs that engage current and prospective clients, driving business growth and brand awareness
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns, leveraging segmentation and analytics to optimize performance
- CRM and Marketing Tools Expertise: Utilize Marketo, Movable Ink Studio (training provided) and Salesforce to manage campaigns, guide performance, and deliver measurable results
- Attention to Detail and Compliance: Ensure all emails adhere to industry best practices, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and brand guidelines, while creating mobile-friendly and dark-mode compatible templates
- Reporting and Testing: Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights to inform and improve future strategies
- Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines with precision and balancing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Solid experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo and Salesforce preferred)
Benefits
- The base pay range for this position is $85,000-95,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus
- Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered
