Join Watershed's Demand Generation team as a Lifecycle Marketer and play a key role in driving company growth through lifecycle marketing strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement comprehensive strategies, manage marketing databases and automation systems, and execute targeted campaigns. Responsibilities include overseeing email marketing campaigns, developing targeted messaging, analyzing campaign performance, coordinating with design, and conducting A/B testing. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, a deep understanding of enterprise demand generation, and strong analytical and collaborative skills. Requirements
- 5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing campaign management, including setting strategy, developing persona and industry based campaigns within a CRM (HubSpot, Marketo) to run ROI-positive campaigns
- A deep understanding of the enterprise demand generation playbook, accompanied by a desire to get creative and experiment with new ideas, tactics, and opportunities
- Strategic and collaborative stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage prospects and customers alike
- Oversee all the execution of all email marketing campaigns including: nurture/onboarding sequences, event invites, customer updates and product updates
- Develop targeted messaging and campaigns tailored to priority industries, segments, and buyer profiles
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and conversion rates in order to power future campaign strategy
- Coordinate with design on the development of email marketing templates
- Conduct A/B tests to continually refine messaging, creative, and segmentation strategies for maximum impact
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ABM tools (6sense, Terminus, AdRoll, ZoomInfo)
