Summary

Join our team as an LMS Administration Lead and head our LMS operations, managing a team of 2–3 LMS administrators to ensure seamless delivery of global learning programs. You will leverage your leadership skills, technical expertise, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize learning platforms and drive excellence in virtual training delivery. Responsibilities include team supervision, project management, system administration, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, reporting and analytics, and process improvement. This is a full-time, remote position open to India-based candidates only, requiring a commitment to working 9 AM – 5 PM CET, including weekends (with two weekdays off). The ideal candidate possesses proven leadership experience managing an LMS team or project, strong technical proficiency with LMS platforms, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team of 2–3 LMS administrators
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage performance
  • Provide training, feedback, and support to build team capability
  • Plan and track LMS-related projects, activities, and milestones
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of learning programs
  • Oversee user account management, course enrollments, and content updates
  • Configure LMS features and maintain optimal system functionality
  • Partner with L&D teams, clients, vendors, and IT for smooth operations
  • Align LMS workflows with evolving business needs
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical problems and escalations
  • Ensure fast, effective resolution for users
  • Monitor LMS usage and generate data reports
  • Share insights for continuous improvement and decision-making
  • Identify gaps in workflows and implement best practices
  • Champion user experience enhancements
