Responsibilities

• Accurately enter load information into the system
• Handle the scheduling of loads with shippers and receivers (No Negotiating rates)
• Monitor and update the status of carriers
• Escalate any schedule exceptions promptly to ensure smooth operations
• Work cohesively with the team to ensure all roles are covered as needed
• Ensure attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Be adaptable and capable of performing all related tasks within the team
