Remote Local Partner Relationship Manager

Summary

The job is for a Local Partner Relationship Specialist at Remofirst, a startup that offers a full-range people management tool. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local EORs in the APAC region
• Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related matters
• Measure, monitor, provide feedback, and work on mitigation strategies around the performance of LPs
• Serve as an escalation point for local partner-related issues
• Track performance against KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Identify opportunities for local partner improvement and facilitate necessary training and development programs
• Source and onboard local partners as needed
• Collaborate with the legal and procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and changes to service-level agreements with local partners
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product teams to align local partner strategies with customer success initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and local partner landscape changes
