Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
Responsibilities
- Input all customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with operations to ensure all appropriate staff are aware of any changes
- Input data from customer orders into job management system (simPRO)
- Prepare orders for scheduling
- Provide daily updates to management
- Provide management reports weekly and monthly
- Maintain document control
- Prepare and record meeting minutes
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Apply data program techniques and procedures
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Maintain contact lists
- Respond to incoming emails and pass on to appropriate team members as required
- Assist with administration as required

- Experience working in the Logistics industry

- Time management/organization: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner
