Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top legal talents
• Identify suitable lawyers for client projects and match their skills with project requirements
• Manage the entire recruitment process for lawyers, including research, sourcing, talent pool management, interview organization, and candidate selection
• Prepare and timely submit digital candidate selections to clients
• Maintain candidate profiles and recruitment activities, and regularly report to local and global leadership
• Maintain relationships with selected lawyers throughout the application process and beyond
• Serve as an internal point of contact for successful project placements, collaborating closely with sales teams and international teams
• Support Axiom lawyers to ensure optimal Axiom and employee experience, including regular check-ins and expectation management
• Develop a deep understanding of competencies, fields of expertise, and current industry trends
• Be responsible for achieving key metrics such as retention, utilization rate, and conversion rate
