Manager, Marketing Operations

Summary

Join our Marketing Operations team as a Manager of Marketing Operations and play a pivotal role in managing our marketing technology stack and automation processes.

Requirements

• 8-10 years experience working in marketing operations as a Marketo, or equivalent, admin
• Outstanding ability to effectively manage and develop teams through communication and supportive leadership
• Proficiency with technology platforms (e.g., SFDC, Marketo, Jeto, LeanData, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and optimization mindset
• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the software or technology industry

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of our marketing technology stack and automation processes to ensure systems are performing at a high standard
• Oversee the utilization and optimization of Marketo, lead funnel management systems (SFDC), and other marketing automation tools like Jeto, Allocadia, etc
• Manage lead management processes, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, lead routing, and lead lifecycle management
• Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of our marketing database through effective database management practices such as data cleansing, archiving fields, etc
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing strategies that align with overall business goals
• Lead technology integrations with Marketo and other marketing tools, ensuring compatibility and functionality across platforms
• Collaborate closely with Sales Ops and IT teams to drive alignment on data governance policies, procedures and seamless integrations between marketing systems and other business systems
• Manage a team of marketing ops professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
