Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations or digital marketing role, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot
  • HubSpot certification(s). (e.g., Inbound Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software) are highly preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM management. , and data analysis
  • Proficiency in setting up HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and reports
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions who enjoy a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work well with a multi-cultural global team
  • Willingness to work in a global, multi-time zone company environment
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self starter with high level of autonomy

Responsibilities

  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying current and future needs
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
  • Appraise important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
  • Administer workflows, automation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce integration for seamless data syncing
  • Customize HubSpot dashboards to track KPIs and campaign success
  • Capture leads through forms, pop-ups, and CTAs; enrich profiles with detailed data
  • Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and personalized email workflows
  • Oversee lead routing, assigning leads to sales reps, and ensure smooth CRM integration
  • Generate reports on lead activity, funnel progression, and campaign ROI
  • Design and automate scalable marketing processes
  • Maintain data hygiene within HubSpot (deduplication, enrichment, segmentation)
  • Align marketing and sales strategies for a smooth handoff between teams
  • Integrate HubSpot with tools like Salesforce, Calendly, Monday
  • Assist in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across channels
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze results for improved performance and ROI
  • Generate reports on key marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversions)
  • Use HubSpot tools to deliver insights for campaign and lead generation optimization
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams for campaign consistency
  • Act as the point of contact for HubSpot-related inquiries and best practices
  • Stay updated on HubSpot features and marketing trends
