Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations or digital marketing role, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot
- HubSpot certification(s). (e.g., Inbound Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software) are highly preferred
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM management. , and data analysis
- Proficiency in setting up HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and reports
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions who enjoy a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work well with a multi-cultural global team
- Willingness to work in a global, multi-time zone company environment
- Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self starter with high level of autonomy
Responsibilities
- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying current and future needs
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
- Appraise important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
- Administer workflows, automation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting
- Manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce integration for seamless data syncing
- Customize HubSpot dashboards to track KPIs and campaign success
- Capture leads through forms, pop-ups, and CTAs; enrich profiles with detailed data
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and personalized email workflows
- Oversee lead routing, assigning leads to sales reps, and ensure smooth CRM integration
- Generate reports on lead activity, funnel progression, and campaign ROI
- Design and automate scalable marketing processes
- Maintain data hygiene within HubSpot (deduplication, enrichment, segmentation)
- Align marketing and sales strategies for a smooth handoff between teams
- Integrate HubSpot with tools like Salesforce, Calendly, Monday
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across channels
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze results for improved performance and ROI
- Generate reports on key marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversions)
- Use HubSpot tools to deliver insights for campaign and lead generation optimization
- Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams for campaign consistency
- Act as the point of contact for HubSpot-related inquiries and best practices
- Stay updated on HubSpot features and marketing trends
