Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience driving sales and platform revenue across B2C SaaS, media, ecommerce and/or technology
  • 2+ years of experience people management
  • Proven history of over achievement vs. targets as individual and team lead
  • Proficient in Hubspot/Salesforce (or similar CRM tool)
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree is required

Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)ย to manage a full sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasting
  • Provide support for escalations and participate directly in complex sales situations and negotiations
  • Hire, motivate, coach and provide training to increase productivity and skill sets of employees
  • Analyze detailed reports, opportunity management, quotes, and forecasting as well as verbal feedback to sales management while helping to establish go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience while building C-level relationships
  • Understand first-hand the product and technology portfolio, conduct demos of the suite of tools to provide a deep overview to our customers of what we are and what we offer
