Summary

The Solutions Architect Manager role at Attentive involves leading a team of Solutions Architects, providing technical guidance and mentorship, implementing new processes, performing technical presentations to clients, and having strong client-facing communication skills. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience managing teams, strong mentorship and technical skills, excellent client-facing communication skills, affinity for problem solving, and a strong understanding of HTML/CSS, at least one programming language, ad serving, and 3rd party data providers.

Requirements

• 2+ years prior experience managing teams
• Strong mentorship and technical skills to shape Solutions Architects into technical experts
• Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to explain technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Affinity for problem solving and crafting creative, reusable solutions
• Insightful, innovative and adapts well to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• HTML/CSS experience required
• Strong understanding of at least one programming and scripting language such as: JavaScript, SQL, PHP, Python
• Knowledge of and experience with ad serving and trouble-shooting JavaScript tags
• Understanding of client CRM data and PII issues
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Solutions Architects, providing white glove service to both top tier and mid market clients
• Serve as a resource for the Solutions Architect team, providing hands-on guidance and mentorship in a player/coach role
• Implement new processes, documentation, and operations vital to scaling the team
• Provide general technical expertise about the entire digital ad ecosystem
• Perform technical presentations to clients
• Translate client requests into business and functional requirements
