Summary

Join Sumo Logic as a Manager of Solutions Sales Engineering and lead teams of world-class Solution Engineers, work with Sales Management on campaigns, and be part of a leadership team that sets the direction for modern Solution Engineering. As a key representative of Sumo, you will create long-lasting relationships with customers and partners through value selling.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience leading Presales teams across a varied geography
  • Sales history in Value Selling to Enterprise customers
  • Domain knowledge in the Observability and/or Security
  • Deep experience partnering with Customer Success to drive adoption and expansion in the existing customer base
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as business and technical acumen, are a must
  • A broad background in technical infrastructure, including servers, networking devices, and storage is very desirable

Responsibilities

  • Execute regional Sales strategy and achieve quarterly/yearly targets
  • Recruit, build and enable a world class Solutions Engineering team
  • Create and maintain key partnerships, both internally (Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, etc…) and externally (partners, customers)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in successful start-ups in the area of log management and security is strongly preferred

Benefits

Annual base salary range: $176,000 - $200,000
