Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience in marketing operations, analytics, website management, and lead management
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense, Google Analytics, and other marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
- Creative thinker with a strong bias for new ideas
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee the lead management process, ensuring efficient lead capture, nurturing, and handoff to sales
- Implement and manage lead scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads based on engagement and fit
- Partner with RevOps to ensure leads are accurately tracked and managed in the CRM system
- Execute campaign setups and monitor performance, conducting A/B testing to optimize campaign elements such as messaging, creative, and targeting
- Monitor and report on lead & campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve lead generation and conversion rates
- Oversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of the marketing technology stack (e.g., Hubspot, 6Sense, Outreach, Ceros, Moz)
- Ensure all marketing systems are effectively integrated, and data flows seamlessly between platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and recommend improvements
- Manage the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO)
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure website content is engaging and aligned with marketing goals
- Monitor website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate), manage attribution tracking, and implement improvements as needed
- Build landing pages and lead forms and coordinate with web developers and designers for any necessary website updates or redesigns
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, ROI)
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
- Work with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Experience with hardware/software business models and long sales cycles with high ACV is strongly preferred
