Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the lead management process, ensuring efficient lead capture, nurturing, and handoff to sales
  • Implement and manage lead scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads based on engagement and fit
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure leads are accurately tracked and managed in the CRM system
  • Execute campaign setups and monitor performance, conducting A/B testing to optimize campaign elements such as messaging, creative, and targeting
  • Monitor and report on lead & campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve lead generation and conversion rates
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of the marketing technology stack (e.g., Hubspot, 6Sense, Outreach, Ceros, Moz)
  • Ensure all marketing systems are effectively integrated, and data flows seamlessly between platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and recommend improvements
  • Manage the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO)
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure website content is engaging and aligned with marketing goals
  • Monitor website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate), manage attribution tracking, and implement improvements as needed
  • Build landing pages and lead forms and coordinate with web developers and designers for any necessary website updates or redesigns
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, ROI)
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Experience with hardware/software business models and long sales cycles with high ACV is strongly preferred
