Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, campaign management, product marketing, or demand generation
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content for various marketing channels and audiences
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing campaign plans aligned with business objectives and target audience needs, with a focus on demand generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and compelling content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, email newsletters, and social media posts
- Support demand generation efforts through targeted marketing programs, including lead generation campaigns, email marketing, digital advertising, and content syndication
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze key performance metrics, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Develop processes for the Integrated Campaigns Team to document and communicate plans to the rest of the organization
- Conduct A/B testing of various campaign elements (e.g., messaging, creative, landing pages) to identify best practices and improve campaign performance
- Assist in the implementation and management of marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign execution, nurture leads, and improve marketing efficiency
- Work closely with internal teams, including product marketing, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and execution. Maintain an active list of Boomi subject matter experts that can help create new content
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in demand generation and content marketing to inform campaign strategy and execution
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems
Benefits
- The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $63,000 - $89,000 annually + applicable bonus
