Summary

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics with a focus on digital advertising and web data
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and other digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Proficiency with Mixpanel, GA4, and attribution software (e.g., Triple Whale, Rockerbox)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data from Facebook Ads Manager and other digital ad platforms to identify optimization opportunities and recommend actionable improvements
- Monitor and report on key advertising KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Develop detailed attribution insights across ad platforms and their role in the customer acquisition journey
- Utilize tools like Mixpanel, GA4, and attribution software to analyze customer behavior, identify conversion bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for funnel optimization
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track user behavior, campaign performance, and overall marketing impact
- Implement and refine multi-touch attribution models to better understand channel contributions to revenue and customer growth
- Collaborate with media buyers and performance marketers to design data-driven strategies for audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad creative
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance and improve conversion rates
- Leverage insights from ads and web data to inform broader marketing strategies, including customer segmentation and LTV-focused campaigns
- Build predictive models to project campaign performance and outcomes, guiding resource allocation and strategic decision-making
- Develop performance benchmarks and continuously evaluate campaign success against these standards
- Partner with engineering and Martech teams to ensure accurate tracking and integration of data across ad platforms, web analytics, and attribution tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define data requirements for campaigns, ensuring proper tagging and tracking implementation
- Stay updated on advancements in analytics tools, advertising platforms, and attribution methodologies to continuously improve marketing insights
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
