Summary
Join PatientPoint as a Senior Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing communications strategies for healthcare providers. You will drive demand, deepen product utilization, and support recruitment and retention goals. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, setting marketing direction, guiding campaign planning, developing sales enablement strategies, and defining best practices. Responsibilities include defining and executing marketing strategies, collaborating with Customer Success on retention strategies, creating thought leadership content, implementing marketing technology improvements, developing sales enablement strategies, advising internal stakeholders, mentoring junior marketers, and contributing to annual planning and budgeting. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of healthcare marketing experience, proven success in multi-channel marketing, exceptional communication skills, deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and deep knowledge of the healthcare industry are also required.
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct experience in marketing or communications within a healthcare setting
- Proven success in leading multi-channel marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals
- Strong track record of developing campaigns that drive engagement, adoption and retention
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, etc) and campaign analytics
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives from strategy to execution
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and provider landscape
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness of and interest in PatientPoint among key verticals
- Work closely with Customer Success to develop retention strategies that include ongoing customer communications, account management support and onboarding and training materials
- Guide the creation of thought leadership content to elevate PatientPointβs reputation in the healthcare provider space
- Evaluate and implement marketing technology and process improvements to increase team efficiency and campaign performance
- Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, including creation of messaging frameworks, collateral and tools that empower sales teams to effectively position solutions and accelerate the buyer journey
- Act as a senior advisor and strategic partner to internal stakeholders, providing marketing insights that influence engagement strategies
- Mentor and guide junior marketers and cross-functional partners to elevate campaign execution and messaging consistency
- Contribute to annual planning and budgeting processes, including setting marketing KPIs and tracking ROI
