Summary

Join Real-Time Innovations (RTI) as a Marketing Events Manager to lead and manage our global B2B marketing events strategy. You will develop and oversee a comprehensive global marketing events strategy, including budgeting and resource allocation. Responsibilities include event planning and execution, managing a small team, and analyzing lead data. We require a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Events Manager with exceptional communication and project management skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is also needed. Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Events Manager, demonstrating a proven track record in successfully planning and executing a diverse range of B2B events (online and in person)
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, problem solve and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a minimum B2 proficiency level; all marketing communications will be conducted in English
  • Ability to travel up to 8 times per year, domestically and internationally, to represent the company and enhance networking opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the comprehensive global marketing events strategy, including prioritization and selection, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation and execution for a robust program that includes trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, online events (webinars), user conferences, and sponsorships
  • Provide overall support for marketing activities in Europe and Asia/Pacific regions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
  • Review and provide feedback on event marketing materials to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for booth graphics, messaging and branding
  • Analyze lead data from events to assess the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and prepare reports on lead quality and conversion rates to inform future event planning and improvements
  • Potentially, supervise a small events team to ensure effective coordination and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest and experience in the B2B Technology industry
  • Customer service experience and demonstrating a solution-oriented approach
  • Experience with Monday.com or related project management software
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and nurturing positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
