Summary

Hallow is seeking a bilingual English/Polish native speaker to join their team as Poland Marketing Lead. The candidate will work directly with the Marketing Team, optimize and scale paid social media, lead Google and Apple Search efforts, manage creative pipeline, expand display platforms, and test new channels. They will also assist in running social media accounts, executing marketing strategy across lifecycle marketing channels, and crafting and executing strategy for the Polish market.

Requirements

• Native speaker of Polish and fluent speaker of English
• 2+ years of experience building and running paid media campaigns
• Expert communicator and conversationalist
• Grit and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Marketing Team
• Optimize and scale paid social media (Facebook and TikTok)
• Lead Google and Apple Search efforts
• Manage creative pipeline
• Expand display platforms
• Test new channels, avenues, and strategies
• Assist in running Polish social media accounts
• Execute marketing strategy across lifecycle marketing channels for Polish markets
