Requirements

  • Have 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically in financial services or Fintech and/or worked at a tech startup
  • Are proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, Webflow) and project management software
  • Are familiar with lead generation tactics and sales enablement strategies
  • Are extremely detail oriented
  • Are a strong executor with excellent writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with and support overall business objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company goals
  • Lead marketing efforts for new product and feature launches, driving awareness and engagement among target audiences
  • Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract, engage, and nurture prospective customers across multiple channels
  • Produce original, high-quality content including blog posts, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts to engage and inform our audiences
  • Create and manage compelling email campaigns, including drafting content, conducting quality checks, managing contact lists, and executing campaign launches
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events targeted at various audiences
