Requirements

• University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Media Design, Journalism, or equivalent experience in marketing, content agency, or promotion
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or agency work
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with creative teams, content producers, media agencies, product management, and external stakeholders
• Experience engaging younger audiences in digital and event spaces, ideally within the context of esports, gaming, entertainment, or sports

• Proficiency in developing presentation materials and crafting comprehensive marketing plans
• Ability to plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns, including content planning and performance analytics
• Solid understanding of consumer analytics and audience segmentation
• In-depth knowledge of esports content offerings across multiple game titles
