Marketing Manager

Summary

The job is a full-time remote Marketing Manager position at Marzano Resources. The employee will develop and execute marketing plans, manage campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a BA degree, 3-5 years of experience in a marketing position, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, superior communication, collaboration, and organization skills, strong mathematical and analytical skills, ability to learn and use project management software, and occasional travel for events and meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing position

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes marketing plans based on market research
• Manages campaigns from brief to execution leveraging the marketing team and defined project management processes
• Monitors conversion rates, return on ad spend and sales pipeline
• Collaborates and gains buy-in with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives
• Delivers revenue based on plan
• Manages Marzano products and services, including but not limited to Professional Development and EdTech
