Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience working in marketing operations, with a focus on consulting, system assessments, and marketing automation migrations
• 3+ Years of experience working with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and Pardot)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in working with executive stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in process management, optimization, and change management
• Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

• Assess and document clients' current marketing systems and processes
• Develop and deliver strategic roadmaps to optimize marketing operations and drive change
• Adapt solutions to meet client-specific needs, effectively contextualizing change within their unique business environment
• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within firm deadlines
• Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate work streams, and communicate progress effectively to all stakeholders
• Manage project risks and resolve issues in real time to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for migrating marketing automation systems and enhancing marketing operations capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing systems with broader business objectives
• Produce high-quality documentation, including process maps, technical specifications, and project reports
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks for marketing activities and performance análisis
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and partner
