Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar ops/marketing/data role
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including report generation and automation building
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Experience in launching and managing paid advertising campaigns (at least 6 months of experience)
- Familiarity with Zapier for workflow automation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Run and manage reports to provide insights into marketing and sales activities
- Build and maintain basic automation to streamline workflows and enhance CRM functionality
- Ensure data integrity within HubSpot, managing data imports, deduplication, and ongoing maintenance
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support campaign objectives and drive business growth
- Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms
- Utilize Google Tag Manager to implement and manage tracking codes, ensuring accurate data collection
- Leverage Google Analytics to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the marketing team
- Run daily reporting for the marketing manager
- Use Zapier to automate workflows and integrate various marketing tools, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency
- Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology tools, ensuring they are effectively utilized to support marketing and sales objectives
- Work with developers to build out technical integrations cross-platform
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing and sales strategies
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot and other marketing tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Good at math
- Background in digital marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with additional marketing tools and technologies
