Requirements

  • 7–9 years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within high-growth or cybersecurity-focused companies
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign reporting, lead routing, and lifecycle automation
  • Deep experience working with 6sense for segmentation, intent data, and campaign activation
  • Familiarity with Domo, Dreamdata, PathFactory, Asana, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and reporting
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other global data privacy regulations and how they apply to marketing systems and processes
  • Experience working alongside (or as part of) a marketing team and understanding the end-to-end of building and measuring integrated marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives forward
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong sense of ownership—you identify gaps, build solutions, and continuously optimize processes without waiting for direction
  • Passion for marketing operations and emerging technologies, with a drive to stay current on trends and bring innovation into the organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Ops Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive ops marketing plans to support business growth and revenue objectives
  • Oversee and optimize core marketing platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Dreamdata, and Qualified
  • Manage and oversee data automation, enrichment, and engagement tools to ensure we have current and actionable data for our teams
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools as needed to improve efficiency, enhance campaign performance, and build a culture of continuous improvement
  • Reimagine and maintain our tracking framework across all digital touchpoints—including UTMs, custom events, and pixels—to ensure complete and accurate data capture
  • Collaborate with web and digital teams to implement and troubleshoot tracking strategies, leveraging foundational knowledge of site structure and tagging
  • Enhance our marketing attribution strategy by evaluating and applying various attribution models. Ensure we optimize the use of Dreamdata and UTM parameters to deliver clear, actionable insights into campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain a KPI and ROI reporting cadence for all marketing functions (Growth, PMM, Field, Customer, Corporate, etc)
  • Drive data governance strategy and manage regular hygiene processes to ensure high-quality, reliable data for segmentation, reporting, and targeting
  • Act as a key strategic advisor across the marketing organization on systems, data, and reporting best practices
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor junior team members and working with cross-functional teams to drive project success
