Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, SEO, social media automation, and business operations
  • At least 1-year expertise in YouTube SEO, search engine optimization, and AI-driven content strategies
  • Hands-on experience with scraping tools, data analytics, and social media automation
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and YouTube algorithm optimization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of scaling digital businesses, optimizing marketing funnels, and driving engagement

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth strategy, covering digital marketing, content distribution, and social media automation
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for YouTube, search engines, and AI-driven platforms
  • Use data scraping and analysis to track trends and optimize content
  • Build paid and organic acquisition funnels for AI-driven projects
  • Align marketing efforts with virality, monetization, and user adoption goals, working closely with the Head of Product/CTO
  • Optimize YouTube automation for high search rankings
  • Use AI tools to analyze and capitalize on trending topics in high-CPM niches (finance, AI, self-improvement, etc.)
  • Implement keyword research and backlinking to boost visibility
  • Develop A/B testing frameworks for videos, social posts, and landing pages
  • Streamline content creation, social media automation, and product launches
  • Use project management tools to enhance collaboration across marketing, product, and sales teams
  • Track and optimize performance metrics and KPIs
  • Develop scalable systems for content production and market validation
  • Identify and improve monetization strategies (ads, affiliates, sponsorships, SaaS)
  • Build partnerships with influencers, media, and content platforms
  • Assist in exit strategies and acquisition opportunities with the Head of Product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a startup, growth-hacking role, or AI-driven business
  • Experience with entrepreneurial ventures or working in lean teams
  • Ability to generate specific ideas while taking direction effectively
