Marketing Operations Manager, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the processes that enable marketing to operate efficiently and effectively while managing the execution of programs and campaigns. This includes creating performance dashboards, developing workflows, executing marketing tactics in Pardot, managing marketing projects, and maintaining awareness of current trends in marketing systems.

Requirements

• You thrive in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment
• Analytical thinker with the ability to find connections between data and insights
• Experience executing in marketing automation systems ideally in Pardot and HubSpot
• Strong written and oral communication skills including simplifying visualizations of data to support findings

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance and insights
• Develop and document marketing processes and workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability
• Execute marketing tactics in Pardot including but not limited to creating lists and building engagement studios
• Manage marketing projects via project management tools from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets
