Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or a similar role
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize campaign performance
• Improve and iterate our current Hubspot platform and provide novel and detailed reporting and insights into sales and revenue and make recommendations to optimize performance
• In Hubspot, fully assess and understand the journey of a lead, while creating and managing campaigns, email and direct mail and attribution through various channels
• Develop and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management within Hubspot and Salesforce
• Analyze and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ad Platform, and Pixel Management, as well as web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
