Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or project management supporting a revenue-generating organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supplier, management or related field
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and matrixed organizational structure
- Must have excellent understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Prospect/Client Life-cycle Management
- Strategic approach which considers MarTech optimization and scalability
- Program and project management skills are a must
- Self-starter with the confidence and ability to tackle new initiatives with a proven track record in fast-paced, high growth, and at times ambiguous environments
- Passionate about Marketing Automation and enjoys learning and growing
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) with the ability to understand and communicate difficult concepts to simple
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels within a company
- Empathy for business partners and a commitment to helping them achieve their goals
- An expert in leads and customer database architecture
- A relentless innovator who is constantly striving for improved data hygiene and information structures
- A collaborative problem solver who can get in the weeds to understand stakeholders needs and deliver solutions
Responsibilities
- Work on strategic projects to support business transformation, enhance current and build new operating capabilities, elevate efficiencies across marketing processes and executive core marketing operations activities
- Accelerate the deployment of the 'Marketing on Asana' initiative to enhance overall productivity
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations that adapt to the organization's growing needs
- Strategically plan and organize tasks, as well as track and report on the effectiveness of marketing processes
- Become a trusted expert on internal systems, their functionality and integration points
- Implement and manage global policies and processes to ensure efficient cross-departmental functioning
- Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions and recommendations in support of critical business needs and goals in delivery of marketing objectives
- Fully own prospect database architecture, including mapping of contacts/accounts, required fields, and rules and processes for adding new data across various teams in driving lead acquisition, data hygiene and marketable database
- Maintain department status document across marketing operations
