Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or project management supporting a revenue-generating organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supplier, management or related field
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and matrixed organizational structure
  • Must have excellent understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Prospect/Client Life-cycle Management
  • Strategic approach which considers MarTech optimization and scalability
  • Program and project management skills are a must
  • Self-starter with the confidence and ability to tackle new initiatives with a proven track record in fast-paced, high growth, and at times ambiguous environments
  • Passionate about Marketing Automation and enjoys learning and growing
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) with the ability to understand and communicate difficult concepts to simple
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels within a company
  • Empathy for business partners and a commitment to helping them achieve their goals
  • An expert in leads and customer database architecture

Responsibilities

  • Work on strategic projects to support business transformation, enhance current and build new operating capabilities, elevate efficiencies across marketing processes and executive core marketing operations activities
  • Accelerate the deployment of the 'Marketing on Asana' initiative to enhance overall productivity
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations that adapt to the organization's growing needs
  • Strategically plan and organize tasks, as well as track and report on the effectiveness of marketing processes
  • Become a trusted expert on internal systems, their functionality and integration points
  • Implement and manage global policies and processes to ensure efficient cross-departmental functioning
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions and recommendations in support of critical business needs and goals in delivery of marketing objectives
  • Fully own prospect database architecture, including mapping of contacts/accounts, required fields, and rules and processes for adding new data across various teams in driving lead acquisition, data hygiene and marketable database
  • Maintain department status document across marketing operations
