Summary

Join Talon.One as the first Marketing Program Manager and be at the center of our global marketing team's project management and execution efforts. You will coordinate and integrate work across various sub-departments to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns that drive business and marketing objectives forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within a marketing or startup environment
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Asana, Trello)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to uphold high standards of excellence
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Integrity and trustworthiness with humility/willingness to question one’s own assumptions
  • Curiosity and aspiration to automate, streamline, or scale internal processes to make both your job easier and everybody's work life easier

Responsibilities

  • Process Development: Design and implement effective processes to enhance team collaboration and project execution
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects. Proactively drive initiatives forward to ensure they are completed on time by tracking timelines, milestones, and statuses, raising issues as needed so projects are completed in scope and hit business goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across Product, Content, Demand, Field, Design, Partner, and GTM enablement teams to ensure marketing programs are well planned, executed, and deliver on marketing KPIs
  • Stakeholder Communication: Own communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment across marketing programs. Ensure smooth handoffs of tasks within large-scale projects and maintain program consistency
  • Scope Management: Assess requirement changes, communicate their impact on timelines, and address potential risks during weekly team calls
  • Status Meetings: Drive status meetings by setting agendas, highlighting key milestones, identifying issues for resolution, and summarizing outcomes and next steps
  • Offline Coordination: Conduct offline meetings with execution teams to clarify priorities, resolve issues, and coordinate efforts
  • Continuous Improvement, forecasting, and prediction: Identify and resolve areas for process improvement and support VP Marketing on emerging opportunities for long-term strategic programs and improvements across the marketing team
  • Best Practices Adherence: Ensure the marketing team adheres to best practices for communication, documentation, and wider context sharing. Anticipate concerns and raise them early to appropriate owners to resolve issues that prevent progress
  • General Support: Support general marketing tasks and administrative needs across finance, people, and operations teams
