Summary
The job description is for a Marketing Programs Manager role in a dynamic company, aPriori, based in Concord, MA or remotely in the New England area/ East Coast preferred. The role involves developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive demand, acquisition, and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of a wide variety of demand generation fundamentals; online advertising, remarketing, webinars, events, paid media, email marketing and email nurtures, chat playbooks, direct mail, partner collaborations, etc
- Strong project management skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of projects and tasks at a given time
- Highly analytical with an appreciation for data, the ability to track KPIs, identify trends, and the mindset to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to effectively review, edit, and approve all copywriting and design elements within your campaigns to produce cohesive, high-quality outputs
- A dynamic, influential individual with determination, ambition, and resilience, dedicated to achieving exceptional performance outcomes
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation / marketing program management
- Expertise in a well-rounded tech stack. Marketo, 6Sense, Asana, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoom, Salesforce, Drift, Sendoso, Hot Jar, Google Analytics, all strongly preferred
- Account based marketing experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Demand Generation to understand our account-based marketing strategy and empower yourself to lead campaigns that drive impactful results aligning with our teamβs goals and KPIs
- Design, build, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns, collaborating and partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage a mix of different tactics to support and fuel account progression, through expanding our reach and engagement within our target accounts, and growing our marketable database
- Monitor, analyze, optimize, and report on all program performance, effectively communicating successes and learnings, and making data-driven decisions and recommendations
- Leverage Asana to effectively manage your large volume of projects and provide visibility into the real-time status of each initiative
