Summary
Join Granicus as a Marketing Specialist and contribute to the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various government market segments. Requirements
- 2 years of marketing campaign and/or product marketing experience with an understanding of the nuances of Business-to-Government or Business-to-Business technology marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated fluency in spoken and written English
- Collaborative mindset with the self-confidence and interpersonal skills to build productive working relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who demonstrates accountability and is comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Digital marketing and project management acumen
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create, visualize, and present data
- Strong prioritization, organization, and detail orientation
- Working knowledge (or the ability to learn) various marketing, analytics, and project management tools, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Marketo, Google Analytics, Asana, Uptempo, SalesLoft, Gong, Zoom, video editing platforms, and others
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs to reach target audiences and promote Granicus solutions across various channels in support of marketing and sales objectives
- Manage the setup, promotion, logistics, tracking, and reporting of webinars, virtual events, and digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with event marketing specialists to plan and execute the details of in-person event and tradeshow participation and follow-up actions
- Manage project details including task scheduling, expenditures, due dates, contributions from subject matter experts, campaign plans, promotions, and more
- Schedule and run meetings and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution, promotion, tracking, and follow-up of marketing campaigns and programs
- Assist in the creation and customization of marketing materials for use in different market segments and solution areas, including marketing collateral and content, sales tools, emails, abstracts, call scripts, advertisements, social media posts, website pages, videos, blog posts, and related assets
- Implement, track, and analyze marketing metrics and reports to evaluate marketing attribution as well as the performance of events, webinars, email, social media, and digital marketing campaigns (in collaboration with the Marketing Operations team)
- Coordinate with Marketing Operations to define marketing list requirements for emails and digital marketing campaigns, including segmentation, cleaning, deduplication, formatting, and uploads
- Perform market research and summarize findings to include in campaign briefs, messaging materials, strategy documents, and executive reports
- Track and manage reimbursement requests for partner Market Development Funds
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
- Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies
