Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, automation, and lead generation
  • Proven track record in executing successful inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
  • High proficiency in HubSpot, including email campaign creation, workflows, reporting, and analytics
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies and lead-generation tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva for content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Strong project and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and capable of wearing multiple hats in a growing organization
  • A proactive problem solver with a high degree of accountability and professional interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content development, list segmentation, scheduling, and deployment while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize email strategies for increased engagement and conversions
  • Support with scheduling weekly posts on LinkedIn, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and driving audience engagement
  • Draft and publish weekly blog posts focused on relevant IT topics, ensuring alignment with industry trends and business objectives
  • Conduct data analysis and maintain lead databases to improve outbound and inbound marketing efforts
  • Leverage HubSpot to build workflows, monitor campaigns, and generate reports and dashboards to track marketing success
  • Organize daily workloads, manage competing priorities, and ensure all marketing tasks are completed within designated timelines and budgets
  • Research and recommend enhancements to marketing processes, security practices, and compliance operations
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Update and maintain marketing reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for strategic decision-making
