Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer or growth marketing, with a focus on B2B2C and healthcare (ASOs, health plans, or employers preferred)
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, balancing multiple initiatives while driving high-impact outcomes
- Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills, securing marketing access and advocating for scalable strategies
- Data-driven and analytical, using insights to optimize performance, refine strategies, and scale best practices
- Ability to simplify complexity and scale impact, balancing customization with efficiency while collaborating across teams
- Strategic understanding of marketing channels, ensuring the right mix is used to maximize awareness, engagement, and enrollment
Responsibilities
- Drive scalable, automated member growth strategies within ASO, partnering with the Sr. Manager, Member Growth (ASO) to refine and implement strategies that increase awareness and enrollment
- Represent Virta with ASO clients, building relationships and securing commitment to sustained access for long-term growth
- Advocate for increased communication access, selling data-backed strategies to expand member touchpoints and improve engagement
- Collaborate across teams to scale member growth in a rapidly growing ASO space, ensuring seamless execution with minimal customization
- Prepare co-branded materials and ensure member communications are effectively implemented
- Deeply understand Virtaβs ASO and scalable member growth strategies by learning existing playbooks, customer dynamics, and execution frameworks
- Build relationships across key accounts and internal teams, ensuring alignment on execution priorities and scalable growth opportunities
- Assess and document current execution processes, identifying areas to improve efficiency and enhance scalable outreach strategies
- Take ownership of execution for a set of ASO accounts while also supporting health plan member growth efforts, ensuring playbooks are implemented effectively and identifying opportunities for refinement
- Partner with the Sr. Manager, Member Growth (ASO), to refine strategies, share learnings, and drive continuous improvements in scalable execution
