Summary
Join our team as a Meta & Google Ads Expert and manage, optimize, and scale ad campaigns for our clients. This remote, full-time position requires a deep understanding of paid advertising strategies and a minimum of 4 years of experience managing Meta Ads, preferably with e-commerce experience. You will be responsible for managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance, scaling budgets, optimizing Shopify stores, creating ad creatives, and reporting on campaign results. Proactive troubleshooting and strong analytical skills are essential. The role also involves managing product listings, assisting with email marketing, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years managing Meta Ads, with a strong preference for e-commerce experience
- Ability to interpret data, troubleshoot campaign performance, and provide actionable insights
- Proactively suggests improvements, finds solutions, and executes with minimal guidance
- Proven ability to scale ad spend efficiently while maintaining high ROI
- Experience with CRO, upsells, and A/B testing to improve store conversion rates
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies for improving searchability and conversions
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively
- Strong reporting and presentation skills to convey campaign insights effectively
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns for Facebook & Instagram to maximize ROI and conversions
- Manage and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube Ads to complement Meta strategies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), diagnose issues, and implement data-driven solutions
- Strategically allocate and scale ad budgets to achieve maximum returns
- Identify and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements for better store performance
- Collaborate on ad creatives and provide feedback on what works best for each campaign
- Regularly update stakeholders on campaign performance, key learnings, and future recommendations
- Address performance dips and suggest innovative solutions without needing constant supervision
- Oversee and optimize product listings for USA and Canada markets, ensuring SEO-friendly content
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images across platforms
- Support campaign creation and performance tracking using tools like Klaviyo
- Create engaging graphics for ads, listings, and promotional materials using tools like Canva
- Ensure a cohesive brand presence across e-commerce platforms and marketing channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to tweak ad creatives when needed to enhance performance
- Experience using Klaviyo
