Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Help manage office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Support office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Arrange travel bookings for team members including flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Work with the IT department to help maintain office IT assets and inventory
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues and coordinate with IT for more complex problems
