Summary

The job is for a fully remote Onboarding Specialist position at Trax Retail, based in Central America and Mexico. Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an Advanced English level
• Great ability to follow up and manage multiple tasks at the same time while working independently
• Experience in onboarding processes or in similar roles
• Experience with ATS and resume databases
• The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Help new app users learn the Trax Retail merchandiser app policies
• Show new reps their job duties
• Schedule start dates for new hires
• Gather necessary paperwork from new hires
• Work with the project team and leads to understand hiring needs
• Source and interview candidates from various channels
• Introduce and onboard vetted rep candidates to the Survey Merchandiser app
• Ensure hired reps are set up for success by providing appropriate training
• Assign reps to projects and manage attendance
• Troubleshoot any issues as needed, working with the support team where necessary
