Summary

The job is for an entry-level Onboarding Specialist at Luxury Presence, a fast-growing digital platform for real estate professionals. The role involves guiding the build out and design of award-winning websites for luxury real estate agents, serving as the primary point of contact, and delivering high-quality website products while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations for a design company
• Previous success interning or working in fast-pace, high-volume environments
• Coordinated client calls, meetings, and projects
• Experience serving clients and attending to their needs

Responsibilities

• Guide the build out and design of award-winning websites for the world’s top luxury real estate agents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Understand client's business, brand, and vision and translate it into actionable steps for internal teams
• Deliver an amazingly beautiful website product while delivering a white-glove treatment all the way through

Preferred Qualifications

• Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, friendly and sunny disposition
• Understanding of platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress is a plus
• An interest in luxury real estate industry (a passion is a plus)
